Tina Close is best known for her accurate natural history paintings, always painted from the specimen. Her botanicals, feathers, and shells, have a wide following. Tina has other genera of works that are patterned, whimsy, and detailed like her natural history paintings. After 34 years as an artist in Jackson, Wyoming, she now lives outside Bozeman to be near family.
